Christian Perchat , Senior Consultant Commercialization, Strategic Planning, and Data Analysis
After completing his studies at the prestigious HEC Paris, Christian embarked on his professional journey with Air France Management teams in 1980. Throughout his 16-year tenure, he assumed various commercial management responsibilities. He played a pivotal role in the inception of Air Tahiti Nui and Air Seychelles, where he served as the Chief Commercial Officer for both airlines. Renowned for his profound understanding of the African market, Christian later joined Camair-co as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing the commercial department. Additionally, he acts as a Special Adviser to multiple governments, offering his expertise in start-up projects.

Amine is an internationally recognized expert in the realm of airworthiness management. With a remarkable track record spanning 30 years, he has collaborated with major players in the maintenance industry such as ATR, Derichebourg, Airbus, and Sonaca.
His extensive knowledge encompasses MRO establishment, enhancement, and evaluation. Additionally, he excels in spare parts management, the creation of certified documentation, and CAMO (FR.MG.236) implementation.
Capt. Paul Dechany ,Senior Advisor Operations and Compliance Excellence
Paul, a Senior Captain with Airbus corporate company, boasts an impressive 50-year career as a pilot. Throughout his journey, he has worked with several airlines, including Qatar Airways, City Bird, and most recently Norwegian. With a specialization in the African market, Paul has gained extensive experience in a wide range of operational fields.
Equipped with qualifications on both Airbus and Boeing fleets, Paul is a dedicated professional with a comprehensive understanding of operation management and the necessary prerequisites for launching services.
